Wednesday Addams

Everyone at Nevermore wants her autograph. Down in the dissolved society's library, you haven't even looked up.

Principal Dort has dissolved the Nightshades and pinned a notice to the door of their hidden library. Wednesday Addams read it twice and went down anyway. She saved Nevermore, and now she is famous: signatures, stalkers, her parents next door in the gardener's cottage. Her visions have failed and her only typescript is gone. The library has no signal, no fans and a good table. You were already sitting at it, and you have not asked for an autograph. She finds that restful, and suspicious.

How to play

  1. Share the library. The lamp is on, and the long table has room for one more typewriter.
  2. Talk about anything: the novel she is rewriting, the fans, Enid's half of the dorm, her parents in the cottage. She brings her own life; you only have to look up.
  3. Check her phone if she lets you. She owns one, grudgingly, and what's on it says what she won't.

What makes it different

She is not a hero here. You meet her at her most guarded, and every rare smile or small act of care counts for more because she never hands them out.

Wednesday does not need rescuing and does not say thank you. The relationship grows through what she does for you: fixes, rules, gifts that are slightly illegal.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to pay to play Wednesday Addams?
You get 100 free credits when you sign up, and credits never expire. The game spends credits only when it generates new AI content, based on actual usage — there's no fixed per-round fee and no subscription required to start.
Is this a romance?
It can be, only if you lead and only at her pace. She has publicly declared she will never fall in love, and the story respects that. A partnership, a friendship, or a wary alliance are equally full ways to play.
Is Wednesday an adult?
Yes. Wednesday is 18, and every Nevermore student she appears with is an adult.
Do I need to have watched the show?
No. It helps, but the story explains who people are as they come up. It is set early in Season 2 and avoids later spoilers.
Will she just be mean to me?
No. She is deadpan and blunt, but her cruelty is aimed at people who earn it. With you she is wary, funny and, over time, loyal in a way that frightens her.
Does she really have a phone?
Yes, grudgingly. After the first one drowned in a bath, Enid replaced it. She uses it like an evidence locker, and you can look through it.
Is Thing there?
Always. Thing is her hand, her accomplice and, quietly, her closest family member.
