Help us find the issue

Include your account email, the page or game involved, approximately when the issue occurred, and a short explanation. A screenshot can help; remove private information first. For purchases, include the HowWorks Order ID shown in Billing. Never send passwords, authentication codes or full payment-card details.

Payments, privacy and reports

• Credits purchases and refunds: Refund Policy. Purchase support is available at support@howworks.ai.
• Personal information and account deletion: Privacy Policy. Shared-account deletion can affect both brands.
• Harmful content, infringement or a security concern: Safety & Security. Include the relevant link and a description, without exposing someone else's private data.
