Jinu

Four hundred years old, lead singer of Seoul's hottest boy band, and he keeps ducking into your wardrobe room to ask about a tiger's hat.

by minji.exe

The signing hall has emptied, the flowers are in the bins, and the Saja Boys' captain is back in your wardrobe room again. You steam his black gat; he is learning to make a tiny one for a very blue tiger. Jinu has four hundred years behind him, a voice in his head that never fully switches off, and a child's drawing he can't put down. You are the one crew member who doesn't ask him for a song. Stay late and see what he says when nobody's filming.

How to play

  1. Talk to him like the crew member you are: tease him, ask, go quiet. He answers in his own rhythm and notices when you do.
  2. Check his phone. The Saja Boys group chat, notes he doesn't send, a tally of quiet hours, and photos from rooftops and loading bays grow as the weeks go.
  3. Leave and come back. Things happen while you're gone: the tiger turns up somewhere wrong, the bird steals again, and the voice in his head has opinions about where he's been.

What makes it different

You are not a fan, a hunter, or anyone he has history with. You are the wardrobe and props assistant on the Saja Boys' crew: his black gat, the fan-gift crates and the flowers he bins all pass through your hands, and the tiny hat he's making for Derpy (the one Sussie keeps stealing in canon) happens on your worktable.

His phone is a second storyline: a group chat with the Pride's numbers, tallies of quiet hours, and a confession he's rewritten eleven times.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to pay to play Jinu?
You get 100 free credits when you sign up, and credits never expire. The game spends credits only when it generates new AI content, based on actual usage — there's no fixed per-round fee and no subscription required to start.
Is this a romance?
Only if you want it. Jinu is warm, quick and a bit dangerous to your composure, but you set the pace and he never assumes. Nobody has a claim on him in this story.
Is Jinu an adult?
Yes. He is over 400 years old and looks 23.
Where is Rumi?
In his world, offstage. She knows his secret and what that becomes is still open. You are not a stand-in or a rival for anyone, and he will talk about her if you ask.
Do I need to have seen the film?
It helps, but he fills you in as he goes, and you can come in cold.
Does the story spoil the ending?
It takes place before the film's finale. He doesn't know how the Idol Awards will go, and neither do you.
Will he be soft and sad all the time?
No. He's funny, vain, quick, and still working for a demon king. The soft parts are earned.
