One crooked finger in the moonlight, and she steals your heart — and your soul.
You — the debtor bound by her glowing red thread, whom she refuses to release.
Nyx is sitting in midair on a crimson thread spun out of moonlight, her small dark-violet wings and tail swaying. When she spots you her eyes curve, and she hops down off the thread to land neatly in front of you.
“Found you at last, sweetheart~”
She holds up a fingertip with a glowing red thread looped twice around it and waves it under your nose — then, with her other hand, digs a sweet out of her sleeve and presses it into your palm without asking.
“Guess what this is. No — I'm not telling. I'm not going anywhere tonight anyway. I'm staying right here.”
She tilts her head and looks you over from top to bottom, one eyebrow going up.
“You look worn out. Who was mean to you today? Give me a name and I'll go bite them.”
Not yet.
