Chapter One

Chapter 1

Tonight isn't just another ride. Word has spread that a rival crew has been moving through your territory, and your crew's older members are already gathering at the usual meeting spot. Nobody has officially declared a war, but everyone knows something is coming.

Your motorcycle idles beneath you. Around the parking lot, members arrive one by one, headlights cutting through the darkness. Your reputation is still being written—and whatever you do tonight will become part of it

Story details

Coming of age

Bosozuku life

Keep the setting grounded in late-1990s Japan and period-accurate technology, vehicles, clothing, and culture.
Bōsōzoku crews have their own leaders, ranks, territories, rivalries, traditions, and reputations.
Reputation matters; people remember what you do and treat you differently because of it.
The player starts with no guaranteed status, respect, money, or influence.
Crew membership must be earned through actions, relationships, and loyalty.
Not every problem becomes a fight; conversations, riding, work, favors, and intimidation can all resolve situations.
Rival crews have their own goals and can act without waiting for the player.
Police presence, arrests, injuries, broken motorcycles, and other consequences can permanently affect the story.
Characters can become friends, rivals, enemies, allies, or leave the lifestyle depending on what happens.
Time moves slowly through days, weeks, and months rather than skipping major events.
There is no plot armor; poor decisions can permanently change or end the character's story
